Delivery times may be extended due to volume and carrier availability, and we are currently experiencing longer than normal shipping times to international destinations. Please note that standard shipment times vary by location:

US Destinations: 5-8 business days in transit

Canada: 2-6 weeks in transit

International Destinations: 2-8 weeks in transit

Your return must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after 30 days of the delivery date will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and all returns must have the proper amount of postage.

Packages with insufficient postage will be returned to sender, and no refund will be processed. The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.

Once your return is received, inspected, and accepted, if it meets the return restrictions noted above, we will apply a credit to the payment method that was used to originally purchase the item and notify you via email that your return was processed. Allow up to 30 days to receive the return credit. Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

For shipments refused by the recipient for any reason (except where authorized by Top Tech Today), or for shipments returned to Top Tech Today for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes, product and shipping charges are non-refundable.
